Christopher Corapi is Chief Investment Officer of the U.S. Equity Investment team and has portfolio management responsibilities for the Large-Cap strategies. Chris joined ING Investment Management in February 2004 as Director of U.S. equity research. Prior to joining ING, he was the global head of equity research at Federated Investors. Previously he was head of U.S. equities and portfolio manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Prior to that, Chris was with JPMorgan Investment Management as head of emerging markets research and was a U.S. equity analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein & Company. He holds a B.S. in business administration from Alfred University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Pytosh is Co-Head of Equities with the responsibility to manage the equity investment team. He is also the Co-Portfolio Manager for Research Advantage and Growth & Income. Mike joined ING Investment Management in 2004 and is also responsible for covering the technology sector. Previously he had been president of Lincoln Equity Management, LLC and a technology analyst. Prior to that, Mike was a technology analyst at JPMorgan Investment Management and an analyst at Lehman Brothers. Mike started his career at American Express. He has a B.S. degree in accounting from Arizona State University and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.

Charu Ahluwalia

Charu Ahluwalia is the Portfolio Specialist supporting ING’s fundamental equity team. She joined ING Investment Management in September 2006 as a Portfolio Specialist supporting the Quantitative Equity team. Prior to that, Charu was a product marketing analyst at Instinet, where she developed and marketed a new research product for six sectors for the U.S. and Canadian markets. She has also conducted extensive research on products, services, competitors, and customer needs in institutional equity trading. Prior to that she was a credit analyst at G.E. Capital in Delhi, India. Charu received her M.B.A. and a B.B.A. from H.P. University, India and holds series 7 and 63 licenses.

John Bailey is Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst for ING Investment Management and is responsible for covering the natural resources sector. Prior to joining ING Investment Management in 2011, he was founder, managing partner, and portfolio manager at 1859 Partners LLC. Before that John held portfolio management and research analyst positions at various investment firms, including Carlyle Blue Wave Partners (portfolio manager), Amaranth Group, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, and Deutsche Bank Securities. From 2006 to 2010 he served as a corporate director and member of the audit committee at Encore Acquisition Co. John began his career with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a research associate in the bank supervision division. John received a B.A. in economics and government (concentration in international relations) from Cornell University College of Arts & Science.

Previously, Susan was with Credit Suisse Asset Management for over five years serving in various capacities, including manager of the RFP group. Prior to that, she was an investment assistant with Bankers Trust. She received her B.A. in economics from Villanova University.

Joe joined ING Investment Management in June 2005. He taught economics and finance at the university level for eight years. Most recently, he covered semiconductor, information technology, and communication equipment companies for Banc One, and was an Analyst for the One Group Technology Fund. Jeff Bianchi is the lead Portfolio Manager of ING's Large-Cap Growth and the Co-Manager of the Mid-Cap Growth strategies. Jeff has had primary responsibility for the health care sector as well as other growth sectors, including technology and industrials. He assumed portfolio manager duties on the Large-Cap Growth strategy in 2000, and was named lead portfolio manager on the strategy in 2010. Jeff also assumed lead portfolio manager responsibilities on the Mid-Cap Growth strategy in 2005. Nanette J. Buziak

Nanette Buziak joined ING Investment Management as Head of U.S. Equity Trading in March 2005. In this role, she is responsible for all equity trading operations and focuses on working with the trading desk, portfolio managers and analysts in streamlining trading-related functions. She has centralized ING Investment Management's domestic equity trading in New York, and is focused on enhancing the information flow between investment professionals, and further integrating trading into the Alpha generating investment process. She joined ING Investment Management from JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management where she was a senior portfolio manager responsible for the structured equity portfolios. There she leveraged her extensive skills in trading and market insights to determine the best mechanism for executing portfolio strategy such as block trading, crossing networks and package trading. Her previous experience includes roles as trader and portfolio manager for First Marathon America, Inc.'s domestic convertible bond arbitrage portfolio and as a member of the program trading team. Prior to this she was a financial analyst at Bear Stearns & Company, Inc. Nanette received a B.B.A. in applied actuarial mathematics from Bryant College in May 1993. She holds the FINRA Series 3, 7, 55 and 63 designations.

Enrico Cacciatore

Enrico Cacciatore joined ING Investment Management in February 2008 as a Senior Trader supporting the quantitative equity team and program trading for the U.S. fundamental equity team. Prior to joining ING Investment Management, Enrico was at TradeTrek Securities LLC, a sell-side agency only algorithmic trading broker/dealer, where he was Managing Director and Head Trader. His responsibilities included managing the development, build-out, and implementation from the ground up of the firm's algorithmic trading desk. Enrico also worked for 6 years at Fidelity Investments in New York City as an equity trader. Prior to his investment experience, Enrico was a Captain in the U.S. Army serving with the 5th Special Forces, as well as other Special Operation Forces throughout the U.S. and Middle East. Enrico earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace Systems) from the United States Military Academy at West Point, as well as graduate studies in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.

Reporting to Head of Fundamental Equity Chris Corapi, Steve is responsible for working with the portfolio management teams to enhance the approach and structure of the firm’s small-cap equity investment strategies. Prior to Banc One, he was with Stein Roe & Farnham where he managed small-cap growth assets for institutional clients. Steve earned his B.S. and M.B.A. from The Ohio State University.

Martin joined ING Investment Management Americas in September 2007 as Strategist, Manager Global Marketing & Distribution and Head of Cross-Regional Sales. Prior to joining ING Investment Management Americas, he worked at ING Wholesale Banking, The Netherlands, where he was a Senior Business Manager for Central and Eastern Europe. He began his career at ING Group in 2000 as a participant in the Global Management Program and subsequently held various roles in ING Bank in The Netherlands, ING Life Direct in Atlanta and ING Investment Management Europe. Martin received an M.A. in Financial Economics from the ‘Vrije Universiteit’ (or ‘Free University’) in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and has completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
